La Copa de Campeones de la categoría Sub 20 tuvo una gran definición en la Ciudad Deportiva LS con la consagración del equipo azulgrana, que venció por penales a Numa Turcatti.
El fútbol de la Liga Universitaria de Deportes tuvo el domingo por la tarde la definición de la Copa de Campeones de la categoría Sub 20 con el partido que protagonizaron Old Boys y Numa Turcatti.
Cuando apenas iban 15 minutos de juego, el azulgrana se puso en ventaja y con ese 1-0 se fueron al descanso, pero ni bien comenzó el complemento, Numa Turcatti logró la igualdad para dejar las cosas 1-1.
Ese resultado no se movió y la final se fue a la definición por penales. Desde los 12 pasos, Old Boys fue más efectivo, ganó 4-2 y se quedó con la Copa de Campeones de la categoría Sub 20 de la Liga Universitaria de Deportes.
El camino del azulgrana al título comenzó con el triunfo en cuartos de final ante J.M.L.M., luego eliminó en semis a Danubio y la final la disputó frente a Numa Turcatti en la Ciudad Deportiva LS.
