Del Patrimonio Social
ARTICULO 121- El patrimonio social de la Liga se integrará con:
El conjunto de bienes, derechos y obligaciones que pertenecen a la misma o se adquieran en el futuro.
CAPITULO VII
De la Disolución de la Liga
ARTICULO 122- La Asamblea General es la única habilitada para resolver la disolución de la Liga y la liquidación de sus bienes.
Los bienes de que disponga la Liga luego de pagar todas las deudas, serán destinadas a Instituciones de caridad y beneficencia de carácter oficial, en la forma que la asamblea determine y de acuerdo con las Leyes de la Nación.
Para disponer la disolución se requerirá el concurso de tres cuartos (3/4) votos conformes de los clubes y entidades afiliadas.
Los delegados estarán munidos de poderes especiales otorgados por la máxima autoridad de los clubes o entidades que representen.
La Asamblea General deberá citarse especialmente y con diez (10) días de anticipación.
CAPITULO VIII
Disposiciones Generales
ARTICULO 123- En general, los asuntos no previstos en estos Estatutos y en el Reglamento General, se resolverán por lo que determine el Consejo de Neutrales por intermedio de la Comisión de Reglamentos.
