PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA DECLARACIÓN ANTE EL TRIBUNAL DE PENAS
Se dispone el siguiente procedimiento para la declaración de los competidores expulsados o denunciados ante el Tribunal de Penas:
- Declaración de competidores expulsados que se presentan voluntariamente a declarar sin ser citados previamente.
El jugador expulsado o denunciado podrá efectuar su declaración escrita, ante el Tribunal de Penas correspondiente, mediante el Formulario cuyo modelo se adjunta en el anexo 1 y remitirlo vía correo electrónico a la Liga Universitaria a través de la casilla tribunales@ligauniversitaria.org.uy
Sin perjuicio de ello, y de considerarlo pertinente, tiene la opción de presentar dicho formulario ante la Liga. Para su remisión vía correo electrónico o para su presentación ante la LUD, dispondrá de un plazo hasta el viernes posterior al partido en que se produjo la expulsión, a las 21:00 horas.
- Declaración de personas citadas para declarar ante el Tribunal de Penas.
El Área de Apoyo Administrativo se hará cargo de notificar a las personas citadas por el Tribunal de Penas, comunicando el horario fijado para su declaración..
