Luego de los hechos de violencia que se dieron con motivo de la disputa de ese encuentro en la Divisional “E” de Mayores, la Liga Universitaria de Deportes comunica su resolución al respecto.
Montevideo, 14 de setiembre de 2022
VISTOS:
La denuncia formulada por el Sr. Árbitro -Nicolás ALTAMIRANO (No 623)-, del encuentro entre las Instituciones de ISASA UNIVERSITARIO y BELLA UNIÓN UNIVERSITARIO, correspondiente a la 2a fecha, de la Segunda Rueda, de la categoría MAYORES, Divisional “E”.
RESULTANDO:
1) De autos surge semiplena prueba de la existencia de un hecho por el cuál, una persona identificada con ISASA UNIVERSITARIO, y luego de finalizado el encuentro, habría provocado daños en el vehículo de un competidor de BELLA UNIÓN UNIVERSITARIO.
2) En efecto, de la declaración del Sr. Árbitro, surge que a raíz de los hechos narrados en el numeral anterior, y en virtud de los mismos, se generó una situación de violencia entre ambos planteles (discusiones, empujones, etc) donde no se logró identificar a los partícipes del mismo.
3) Que sin perjuicio de ello, el Sr. Árbitro da cuenta que con posterioridad pudo determinar los daños causados en el vehículo.
4) Que ambas Instituciones presentaron sus descargos correspondientes, habiendo asumido su responsabilidad el Club ISASA UNIVERSITARIO, quien comunicó que el parcial identificado con su Institución, no concurriría más a ningún partido de la Institución, ya que mancha la imagen de la misma, pide disculpas y se pone a la orden de la LIGA UNIVERSITARIA DEDEPORTES.
CONSIDERANDO:
Que de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 37o del Código de Penas de la Liga Universitaria de Deportes: “En caso de denuncia de hechos punibles de gravedad suficientes, a criterio del Consejo de Neutrales o del Tribunal de Penas interviniente, podrán estos de forma indistinta decretar como medida cautelar, alguna de las sanciones previstas en el artículo 86 numerales 3o, 9o y 10o y/o el artículo 87 numerales 3o, 6o y 7o de este Código. Dicha medida será irrecurrible”.
Por lo motivos expuestos SE RESUELVE:
1) Imponer al Club ISASA UNIVERSITARIO, la pérdida de los derechos de locatario por dos fechas, en la Categoría MAYORES y sin perjuicio.
2) Imponer a ISASA UNIVERSITARIO, guardia policial, en la categoría MAYORES, por el plazo de los 2 (dos) próximos partidos que dispute, siendo de su cargo los gastos generados.
3) Disponer que BELLA UNIÓN UNIVERSITARIO, sirva proporcionar el presupuesto de la reparación del vehículo dañado, en un plazo de 5 días.
4) Notifíquese a las partes, al Colegio de Árbitros y a la Secretaría de Fútbol.
5) Cumplido, remítase las presentes actuaciones ante el Tribunal de Penas que por divisional corresponda, urgiéndose.
