Los integrantes de los planteles Pelota al Medio a la Esperanza, el programa que lleva adelante el Ministerio del Interior, sorprendieron a las autoridades de la Liga Universitaria de Deportes con un reconocimiento que vale la pena destacar.
En medio del período de fichajes, los jugadores se hicieron presentes en la sede de la Liga y le entregaron al presidente Juan Andrés Sánchez una plaqueta en agradecimiento a todo el apoyo que esta institución le viene brindando a PAM, que sigue creciendo en los torneos de fútbol universitario.
“Hacemos entrega de esta plaqueta en agradecimiento porque nuestra institución juega acá, en esta Liga, todos los domingos y por eso le agradecemos mucho a usted y a toda la institución”, dijo Fabricio Da Costa, integrante de uno de los planteles de Pelota Al Medio a la Esperanza.
El motivo fue expresamente de agradecimiento. Los chicos del PAM se encargaron de agradecer pública y personalmente el apoyo de la Liga Universitaria de Deportes a este programa a lo largo de estos años.
Juan Andrés Sánchez, presidente de la Liga Universitaria de Deportes, respondió en ese emotivo momento y dijo: “Los he ido a ver varias veces durante el año y lo que más me llama la atención de ustedes y los profes es que Pelota al Medio a la Esperanza es uno de los equipos que más disfruta juntarse para ir a jugar al fútbol entre amigos”.
“Se lo veo en las caras y además rescato el comportamiento ejemplar que tienen adentro de la cancha, algo que trabajan junto a los profes porque de esto se trata el fútbol: ganar y disfrutar o perder e irse para la casa. Y eso es una de las cosas que más resaltamos de ustedes”, agregó el presidente de la institución.
Desde la LUD celebramos y agradecemos este hermoso gesto de los planteles de Pelota al Medio a la Esperanza que no hace más que seguir demostrando que el Espíritu de la Liga está más vigente que nunca.
