Les recordamos que está vigente el nuevo Artículo 27, modificado por la Asamblea del 6 de abril de 2017.
En la Asamblea General del 6 de abril de 2017 se aprobó una modificación al Artículo 27 del Reglamento General que ya entró en vigencia. Este artículo es muy importante porque establece quiénes pueden ser competidores de la Liga Universitaria de Deportes.
A continuación, difundimos el nuevo artículo:
ARTICULO 27– Pueden ser competidores de la Liga:
a) Los titulados de universidades públicas y de Instituciones de enseñanza terciaria privadas autorizadas para funcionar por el MEC, siempre que hayan finalizado estudios de carreras cuya carga horaria no sea menor a 1200 horas y con una duración mínima de 2 años.
b) Los estudiantes de universidades públicas y de Instituciones de enseñanza terciaria privada autorizadas para funcionar por el MEC.
c) Los titulados del Consejo de Formación de Educación (CFE-ANEP), siempre que hayan finalizado estudios de carreras cuya duración no sea menor a 1200 horas y duración de 2 años y que haya implicado bachillerato terminado.
d) Los estudiantes del Consejo de Formación de Educación (CFE-ANEP).
e) Los titulados del Sistema de Educación Policial y Militar, dependientes del Ministerio del Interior y del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional respectivamente, siempre hayan finalizado estudios de carreras cuya duración no sea menor a 1200 horas y duración de 2 años y que haya implicado bachillerato terminado.
f) Los estudiantes del Sistema de Educación Policial y Militar, dependientes del Ministerio del Interior y del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional respectivamente.
g) Los titulados del Consejo de Educación Técnico Profesional – ANEP, siempre que hayan finalizado los estudios de carreras terciarias cuya carga horaria no sea menor a 1200 horas y con una duración mínima de 2 años.
h) Los estudiantes del Consejo de Educación Técnico Profesional – ANEP (UTU), siempre que estén cursando estudios de carreras terciarias.
i) Los titulados de instituciones terciarias del extranjero autorizadas por su país de origen, siempre hayan finalizado estudios de carreras cuya duración no sea menor a 1200 horas y duración de 2 años.
j) Los estudiantes de educación media superior y de instituciones terciarias del extranjero autorizadas por su país de origen, siempre que cumplan con las mismas exigencias pautadas para los estudiantes nacionales.
k) Los estudiantes de Educación Media Pública y Privada, siempre que hayan aprobado el primer año de Ciclo Básico.
l) Los profesores no titulados del Consejo de Enseñanza Secundaria y del Consejo de Educación Técnico Profesional, de Instituciones de enseñanza terciaria, que dicten materias curriculares en estas organizaciones, probado mediante constancia de la Institución educativa y recibo de sueldo o historia laboral originales. El certificado que compruebe esta condición deberá ser renovado cada año.
m) Los estudiantes de instituciones no reguladas e inscriptas en el Registro de Instituciones Educativas y Culturales del MEC, siempre que se trate de carreras técnicas cuyo de perfil de ingreso requiera Ciclo Básico completo y su duración mínima sea de 2 años.
n) Los titulados de carreras terciarias (con bachillerato terminado) de las instituciones educativas mencionadas en los literales a), c), e), g), i), que no cumplan los mínimos requeridos para las carreras allí establecidos, y que jueguen por primera vez en la LUD, podrán hacerlo de forma definitiva únicamente desde categoría presenior.
o) Los casos no previstos en este artículo serán estudiados y resueltos por el Consejo de Neutrales.
